Overview: In this video, we Mic'd Up Coach Adam Pennington (Coach AP) who's the Associate Head Coach at Northwestern State. Throughout the workout, we went through sled pulls, hurdles hops, block starts and 100% runs through 80m, 100m, 120m, & 150m. Hey Cymerica, I really enjoyed your videos. You and your team are monsters on the track. Which brings my question up. How do you not rush the acceleration, but also apply speed and strength on the track? I mean like how do you take your time with the acceleration and still run fast times?

I work on my angles and I also work on pushing as long as possible for about 20-30 meters and as I transition and stand up, I hit top speed with perfection! Work on pushing out at an angle to start!
