Would you prefer the Goliath over the Salomon Assasin Pro or Jones Moutain Twin for all moutaing free style?

Yes because the Mountain Twin and Assasin Pro are more All mountain boards that you can set a little further back in powder. The Goliath, although a directional twin is more centered on board and doesn't seem to have a longer nose than tail like the Assassin Pro and Mountain Twin do. All are really fun boards. Especially the Goliath and Jones Mountain Twin.

Would you say the Goliath is a better board than the capita mercury for all mountain?

No. The Goliath is a better mountain freestyle board and the Mercury is a better all mountain board. You can set the Mercury back a little further in powder so that makes it a better all mountain board.

Where are you guys based? I'm just curious what your idea of icy is

Mt Bachelor so it is mainly hard often edgable snow and not full on ice. We also test in Tahoe, Mammoth, Mt. Hood, Washington, Utah, Wyoming and CO. I've ridden in the Midwest and east coast where it was like an ice rink. So when I say Ice I mean scary East Coast Ice. When I say hard snow I mean what we see out west I call snowment.

Hmm I was interested in this board as a catch free camber profile since I’m struggling to learn hybrid rocker as it feels too loose and can’t turn vs my cambered board so I thought this might be a better way to elevate the edges but then have them dig in on turn engagement turn your comments make it sound like it has the same disengaged impossible to turn feel as rocker.
