    Bought it largely to TJ's past reviews. Couldn't be happier and the reviews are spot on. This board helped me learn a couple of butter tricks and for whatever reason the spins feel easier on it (probably the spoon nose&tail). Overall, I haven't looked at my other boards since I got the ET...it's just such a fun board

    • @michaeltrombatore123
      @michaeltrombatore123 3 роки тому +1

      @@headreddedstepchild6177 Correct,. didn't know if should get into stance width unless your height to weight ratio is unique. I get into the whole ref stance discussion a lot with people and it's not very conclusive. One argument I hear is that is why there are other holes so there's flexibility and the deviation from what we hear as "optimal" is very minimal. It also depends on how the person rides. My 154 Capita Asymmulator has a crazy wide ref stance of around 23 inches! The other sizes do not deviate much from that. That is crazy wide by today's standards. Only people over 6 foot tall would typically ride that board based on the ref stance. But others ride the board out of ref and still enjoy themselves because they can. The company allows them to by putting other holes there otherwise there would be one set of four holes at ref and that's it.

I’m a relatively advanced rider looking to improve my skills all around. 167 gonna have a great edge hold for you but may be a bit of a big plank for jibbing, im. 6’3” 200lbs on a 159 for my park board, but also consider that bataleon is positive camber only so you could maybe afford to loose 2-3cm if you want some more agility for jibbing

    Hey! I need some help with sizing, my height is 172cm, shoe size US10 (burton and Adidas so good shrink technologie) and my weight is because of working out relatively high with 80kg. I’m planning to get the bataleon evil twin and thought that 154 cm would be great but I read that because of the 3BT a downsize of 3 or 4 cm should be good.
    Any suggestions?

    • @BoardArchive
      @BoardArchive  Рік тому

      definitely don't downsize because of 3BT, it still rides just like a regular snowboard but with the benefit of 3BT (catch free, quick edge to edge transition, etc). At our weight you could ride the 154 but it will be pretty playful and pressable, you could definitely ride the 157 as well if you want something a little more sturdy for the resort. Depends on your level of riding and what you want to progress with. Hope that helps!
