This was so beautiful Nina, as someone who got diagnosed at 24 and is now 25 I still find myself grasping for those systems that can support my day to day. Your videos are a beautiful reminder of the need to find balance in the middle what feels like uncoordinated passion at times🌷

I don't have much of a routine 🥲 I swap shampoo and conditioner all the time! The only thing I do more consistently is using a detangling spray, and when my hair is about half dry I use a wavy hair cream and kinda press it in 🌸
