I was hoping for more laser-guided weapons similar to Earth Defense Force, glad (Air Raider class rules btw)

I doubt its going to destroy the factory strider in a single hit. I mean even the 500kb and rail cannon doesn't. Why would this be any different?

I hope not. I don't want to feel OP. I want Suicide to immerse me like I'm on a suicide mission. Impossible too! Helldive should be only playable if everyone is playing in their ABSOLUTE BEST with maximum teamwork. (If it's just memeing and fucking around... is it still right to call it difficult?)

probably gonna replace the EAT's in my loadout depending on how short the cool down is
To me it looks like a non eagle form of 500kg. It says 300s cooldown single use. So great for sniping illegal broadcast and spore towers across the map.
@@MINIMAN10000you can just shoot those with autocannon and other such weapons
@@thechadturion27well that’s the thing, the more they add weapons and new enemy types, the more you have to really plan what you need to take into the mission. If this is gonna be quite useful in a mission over other support stratagems, but there happens to be an illegal broadcast tower as a side objective, you can still use it anyway

well can it take out fabricators or bug holes.. Maybe the laser can just be painted on the leg of a charger and one shot it
it might be the case that while chargers have less health than the Titan, its top armor is thicker so less damage gets through.
How much ammo does it have or how many times can you spawn it?
from the video it seems it's a single shot, but yeah would be nice to know the cooldown and if there is a quantity limit like the orbital laser
Does each cooldown only have one missile in the silo?

Let's hope it aims better than the spear, I hate it when it locks on 99% and then it just says nope, not locking on and releases the lock, but I can't get enough of that range and power when it does lock on.
I wish I could be in a meeting at Arrowhead when they come up with all this shit, guys just bein like "hey what would be badass?" and slap it on the board.

It works good, but it absolutely makes no scence. Why does it has more range being placed on the ground instaed of being launched from your ship, or from the Eagle 1??
Because those stratagems require you to throw them like a grenade. This does not.

@@daviddavidson2357 but people do exactly that now, whith just a bit more movement.
@@LightCrasher it actually makes perfect sense because of jammers. You can't send a signal to your ship because it's being jammed, but the silo on the planet can detect a laser projected from the designator to strike in a jammed area.
I think i'll mostly use this to destroy structures rather than to fight heavy units. It would save time instead of risking your life going up close to an objective
Indeed, mostly for bot objectives. Hopefully it can take out the Gunship facility in 1 shot as well.
I'd prefer they just fixed the lock on of the Spear instead -_-
