Congratulations on being accepted! I’m sure that was disappointing to have to decline it, even though it was the best decision for your family- that was still a lot of work for you. We are going through something similar. I’ve been working on pre-reqs for a year and have another year left (there are also 2 co-reqs I include in there). But, because of some business changes my husband and I are making I will have to slow down even more to more like 1 class at a time. It really is the best decision for our family but I am bummed that I can’t just keep cranking out classes! At this rate, I’ll hopefully start nursing school in January 2023.

It definitely is a whole different ballgame with a family...I have a completely different mindset with my goals & expectations with classes than I used to have before kids, bc family definitely comes first and raising kiddos is a full time job in itself!
