It sounds counter productive, but I use your videos to help with my migraines. It's so hard to deal with, and having a way to stop the pain from overwhelming me is such a huge improvement. Thank you so much. It may not be intentional but it doesn't go unappreciated. Your videos give me the 15 or so minutes it takes for medicine to kick in. It's a life changer to be able to get through that time where you either win or lose to your own brain. Having a nice dark, quiet ASMR experience is much better than spending the night in the bathroom, literally puking yourself dry. Your channel gives hope in a time where giving up on life seems like the only option left. You have helped save my life multiple times in just a few months. Thank you so much.

First thought cool sleeping mask but when you said “you won’t wake up to any alarming sounds” i immediately thought of smoke detectors warning me fire in my sleep
