I love whatever pen and paper combo you’re using. I usually find writing sounds grating because it’s a super fine pen or pencil against a single sheet of paper.
I just laughed when you said nothing that would make one eye wonder off because I have a damaged eye muscle from the air bag in a car accident and it makes my eye wonder to the right and up lol….nice to hear someone say it doesn’t even if it’s someone that can’t see me though 😂!

I feel like a lot of people would like it and using your fingers to create and eye is so relaxing and Ik a lot of ppl enjoy it. Did you know that the eyes are the only portion of your brain that is directly exposed? Might not be the best way to word that, but hopefully you get what I mean lol. Since the eye s connect directly to the back of the brain, they are considered brain tissue.
i used to not like light triggers very much but something about the ‘follow the light’ trigger is so hypnotizing and calming 😴

Pencil on paper is an awesome trigger. And the fake wooden pencil on a wooden clipboard. Just something to consider!
