People build like this all over the world, including Brazil, you only see less of it because your climate calls for better materials, also people work harder for their money in Brazil and more likely to invest in better quality. But of course we can build better, some people do, we can build from solid granite if we want... But it's called 'being cheap'. People here want the nice big house and big buildings but they don't want to pay for it.. so they get a mortgage loan, put themselves in massive debt for 30 years, and build it all out of toothpicks and twist ties... 😆 In America people want things they can't actually afford, they want to look rich, and this is how they do it. So whenever you see fancy homes and neighborhoods in America, and you might think we are rich, no, we are DEFINITELY not as rich as we look! 😆
thats why we in europe build houses and shops from concrete and bricks so torando can come and cant do a shit damage to building maybe on roof only but house or shop will stay untuch from tornado :D not like americans enrythis from wood and colaps like paper :D

One here in Oklahoma ripped down half of a concrete and steel warehouse I used to work at. Tornadoes don't care what you built your roof and walls out of
Working in my neighborhood. One of the tornados went thru about a mile up the road. I wonder if one of the helicopters I heard flying was Dave. Thanks for helping
How are you going to hate on them too when they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for other families in need from the tornado by making these videos.
They can't legally do anything about the other homes because of insurance purposes and the home owners insurance company has to assess the properties before any claims can be processed. 😝
poor guy he must be devastated. imagen being some one that does not have his kind of money and can't afford tornado insurance. it so nice of you to help the rich guy.
The blackhawk helped just as much as any other vehicle they would have taken to get there otherwise, like a car. That is, not in any way that would deserve credit. You don't say "my car saved me from losing my job!" because you drove to work. Also, "saved from tornado destruction"? Even if the helicopter had helped in any way, the tornado has already happened. There's no "saving it from destruction" when the cause of the destruction has already passed and is over. Now would be cleanup and repair work. The best way to describe it is they're using the misfortune of others to clickbait people with a technicality. Them providing help in the aftermath does not change that fact or make it right.
Having to get dug out of your basement and seeing the destruction for the first time is a huge gut punch. I really and truly feel for all the victims caught in the path. Its heartbreaking for sure. Tornadoes are one of mother natures cruelest events. I spent most of my life in tornado alley, spent many a night in the basement, and I have been in the path of a couple. Its scary AF, especially as a kid hearing your house being torn apart.

Most ppl do not like the increased cost. The savings outweigh all the positives of concrete or masonry in their minds
Crazy to think how bad the storms where but it was amazing to see the community and others outside coming to help everyone clean up
thats why we in europe build houses and shops from concrete and bricks so torando can come and cant do a shit damage to building maybe on roof only but house or shop will stay untuch from tornado :D not like americans enrythis from wood and colaps like paper :D
nobody builds there house out of wood and a brick house at this power of tornado would still colapse
Gr8 B8 M8 now FOAD
Been a fan of you guys well before your 5:56 UA-cam days, especially being a local Utah guy. I’ve also followed Blair for several years and watched all his videos. Glad you guys could get out there and help them. That’s awesome.!
Why not building with concrete in such tornado prone areas? Rebuilding it again won't be cheap too.
I think they build them from timber because it's so cheap to rebuild in wood. That's my guess or else you'd build them last.
You Guys ROCK!
when the americans will learn to build houses and shops with concrete?
I feel you mate. I'm guessing it'll cost them 5 to 10x the price of a wood building. I assume the real estate is insured and they get reimbursed to build another carboard box.
But what do I know, I'm an european living in a concrete building, without tornados.
That would be Hella expensive. I'm looking at 30k just to have my basement poured. That's with me doing all the labor and molds myself.
Those tornados will also destroy concrete buildings .. only thing safe is below ground
@@Andrew-wb9kgconcrete wood dirt roads of even a dirt field Bubba its gonna be tore up keep the nasty viruses over there lol
How pissed off would you be when your house is gone and everyone rushes out to help the UA-camr get his shop back up in 30 days.
Happens when you have a shit ton of money
It’s just like opera and the rock starting the Hawaii fund even though they have plenty of money
People always gotta find something to complain about when somebody helps out
How are you going to hate on them too when they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for other families in need from the tornado by making these videos.
They can't legally do anything about the other homes because of insurance purposes and the home owners insurance company has to assess the properties before any claims can be processed. 😝
Thanks for sharing and helping a friend in need
Dave would rather help a millionaire rebuild a shed vs rebuild someones home
All he did was clear the area… I didn’t see any “rebuilding” happening
Who are you helping?
He's helped many people that aren't famous he just doesn't put a lot of them on video
YOU ARE QUICK TO JUDGE PEOPLE YOU ARE NOT A JUDGE YOU ARE NOT GOD SO STOP JUDGING PEOPLE @ HangryGiant
poor guy he must be devastated. imagen being some one that does not have his kind of money and can't afford tornado insurance. it so nice of you to help the rich guy.
Click bait…
💯 not a single time did they use the Blackhawk and the whole video was like he said "cleaning up trash"
If you people did not see they used it to go from place to place so it did help them😂😂😂
He’s getting bad with the adds this video was just an excuse to do an add for jerky
They've become constant clickbait asvertisement puppets
Its scary AF, especially as a kid hearing your house being torn apart.
oh thats awfull . the damage the town had .
Genuine people, good video happy everyone is safe
Why not help out the people that do NOT have any money instead ?
Because that community has gotten a ton of money from Flair already to cover the damages
That would be me. Lol
Why don't you help out teamdriftevo?
@@SteampunkPaperTownYou sure about that 😉.
@@Maskin-n1 he sold custom merch, donated the money off his videos and set up a go fund me all for his community.. now sit down and actually do some research..
We were in the path of several tornadoes the last weekend in April and again, just 4 days later. We had two heavy EF3 tornadoes. Unfortunately, we are so used to these storms that we watch from our garages until the last minute. Many doorbell cams took wild footage. One unfortunate business that was completely destroyed was a funeral home! Yes, loved ones were lost a second time! I could not imagine the heartache 😢
