If you look at the picture on the box that they come in it shows you exactly which way they should be connected.

I will add that one end of the plug is rounded and one end square. This corresponds with the IEM housing itself.

@ 4:15 funny thing, I did the very wrong way of puting the wires and I made it all in. I prolly have cracked the plastics inside doing so. Oh my god. This is my first IEM though. Lesson learned, haha

s8grave thank you for watching my video. For now i only have the ZS10. They are my first IEMs. They sound great. For the price of 40 to 45$, nothing else sounds better for the money. I realized a lot of presence in the low and mid with the treble being very natural and balanced. I also realized when i cranked up the volume using my Samsung galaxy S8 plus, my yamaha synthesizer and also my audio interface connected to my laptop, there is no distortion. Each driver is doing their job properly. I definitely recommend them because they compete very well with IEMs up to 7 to 800$ easily.

hi man, just bought a kz edx with the same type of cable. My problem is that the cable wont fit flush with the earphones like it supposed to even though the positions are all correct, you know why?? (it is still connected though and i can still use it)

Not sure where you bought you unit but KZ has different types of cable. If your cable came with the edx in the box, then it should fit properly with no problem. Look at other videos on the KZ edx just to compare.

No instructions on my model, I was worried I would hook them up reverse phase more than L R. The clear cables are really hard to see
