1st bunker has some big boys in it Pins, 6 soliders guard the outside and the helicopter is a random. Make a lot of mollies and keep them in a toolbox in the back of the humvee, that way if you need a few you can put them in your chest rig or wherever they stack 4 deep. I'm a bit of a pyro so got my military pants full 2 pockets 12 bottles per pocket might be a bit of over kill but........ the world's got to be cleansed hahahahahahahahahaha
That compound thats empty is my base lol, the big garage doors actually work too, plus the town is right outside and the gun shop is right outside, games a bit broken coz of it though, you can go back and forth from gun shop to base with loads of weapons etc every run.

I’m pretty sure you can equip smgs/machine pistols like the vector or MP7 in the secondary weapon slot
As sidearm, I had mp7
Yeah you can use it as a sidearm
once you got the legendary like Crusher, you able to use the drum mag for it
