This reminds me of the idea (deliberately not saying concept 😉) of Nothingness. Andre Doshim Halaw discussed it in his books "God is Nothingness" and "No-Mind". And the deconstruction seems to be similar to a technique of negation called "Neti Neti". I kind of get what you are saying, but I think I'll probably have to internalize it more.

But at the end of the day, you have to admit if you are truly honest, that at the atomic level it's all movement of energy. And what is that other but vibrations in and of consciousness appearing to your mind as name, form and sound. It's all magic! And yet the person is blind to it and laments about profanity. 😉🙏😘
LSD is another way. But it can be quite scary if your not familiar with ego death. Because that’s exactly what happens, and also time dissolves. This can all be quite frightening to actually experience. One amazing thing a friend of mine experienced, was actually seeing / feeling the “frames” or “snapshots” of reality and becoming aware of them flipping through like slides. It now makes sense after learning about them from Bentinho, in his “Parallel reality” talks.
With what else can you work on yourself? Body, energy and emotions. In Indian terms Karma yoga, bhakti yoga and kriya yoga, it's best working on all levels for peak consciousness to happen. LSD dissolves your little personality that you create for yourself but it's not healthy and long lasting way of doing it, it can also break people because the intensity of experience, for high levels of intensity you first need stability.
