The project's goal is to renovate the ground floor and first floor of an existing building on London's Old Street. It calls for the addition of an art gallery and a restaurant, and it allows for some leeway in how the top level's external façade may be changed. After conducting site research, it was decided that this location would house a Portuguese restaurant, and that the art gallery would serve as a direct extension of the restaurant, highlighting Portuguese culture.
