I purchased this mower from Gautreaux’s Outdoor Power in Gonzales, Louisiana. Jason was my salesman. I highly recommend Gautreaux’s. I couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. They also have another location, Gautreaux’s Outdoor Power in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
It is a great mower. I love it. I think it is a little underpowered for a 60” cut though. I don’t cut grass commercially. Only my house and my grandparents. It should last me many years.
I’ve been looking at the Fast tracks and the SDX. Why does the SDX not have the bigger engine options? Also considering the Badboy Maverick Hd. I have about 5 acres to cut. Rough field and some hills.
I don’t know why the FasTrak only has a 23.5 HP engine for a 60” cut. I don’t have a problem with it though because I keep my grass regularly maintained. How much is the Maverick HD you’re looking at, what inch cut, and what engine is on it? I love my Hustler and would buy it again.
@@travisricks3436 It is pushing 10K ! I am looking at the 60in. It comes in KAWASAKI FX730 726CC , HONDA IGXV700IR 688CC or the KOHLER COMMAND EFI ECV749 747CC.. I love Hustler as well! I’ve had one for years ! The main reason I am considering the bad boy is due to the suspension system they have on them. I have a rough field that I cut. About 5 acres.
1 reason I bought the FasTrak SDX is because of the seat suspension. I have severe arthritis all in my spine. I love the mower, but I feel it’s underpowered and the tracking needs to be adjusted. It will last me many, many years though for what I do.
@@Delmarksman It has the Kawasaki FX730V engine. I believe it’s 23.5 horsepower. It’s been about 3 weeks since I last cut grass, and I cut it today. It did well and didn’t choke the engine down.

@@will4390 I still say go with the Hustler. I paid $9700 out the door for my 2022 FasTrak SDX 60/ FX730V.
