My mom and I watched this really cool video of yours! These are really helpful tips! Thank you for this breakdown of how to establish a night routine! I will try this 💕💕😊 (also you look great!)
Here some some ideas that I have found on youtube: - Manage light so it doesn’t affect your sleep (e.g. use a blue light filter on devices after 9pm) so your melatonin can be regulated. - Create the correct environment for sleep (make sure there is minimal light, it is quiet and the temperature is comfortable). - Journal idea: write down 3 wins, 3 things you are grateful for and 3 to dos for the next day - Go to bed at a consistent time. - Plan your day/outfit the night before. You don’t want to have to think much in the morning. - You can’t just sleep earlier. You have to shift everything earlier. - Put your alarm away from your bed and ideally near to where your first step of your morning routine will be. - Research how much sleep you need and get full sleep cycles. It should be between 7 and 9 hours. The whole 8 hours thing is a myth and scientifically you should feel more well rested with either 7.5 hours or 9 hours of sleep (e.g. use sleepyti.me) - Go outside in the evening so your circadian rhythm can trigger sleepiness
Please share what has helped you with sleep/night routines - your experience could help someone else!!🧡
Happy Sunday!!🧡🧡 how are you??
