However, Hongkong is not a normal city now. There are at least 48 persons, including University Professors, Lawyers, Teachers, Reporters spending their 5th year in prison and without trial. China govt is going to keep them in life imprisonment.
Even in Africa, country like Senegal, the old president would only keep his rivalry leader Bassirou Diomaye Faye in prison for just 1 year and then allow him to join the president election and let him be the next president after fair election.
How can you pretend to know nothing about them and continue to play happily in Hongkong?

As a Chinese Hong Konger, I think your remarks offend our motherland. During World War II, Hong Kong was occupied by the British. It was not until 1997 that the British returned it to China. Do you know the history?

Hong Kong was occupied by the Japanese during WW2. The British and other commonwealth nations - ime Australia, Canada and India squadrons alongside the Hong Kong volunteers - comprised with mainly European expats, protect Hong Kong from the Japanese invasion to British Hong Kong. Vietnam and both Korea were part of the Dynasties as well as Vladivosto. Don't you ask those countries and territories to rejoin China? Hong Kong didn't have official international status until the British commision it so as the Portuguese to Macau. As a Hong Konger and a Macanese, we never agreed communist china came invade us. Communist China don't have our consent on ruling Hong Kong and Macau territories. Get your history right!
Hong kong isn't really China, Hong Kong has different language, write differently, different law system, currency, exchange rate, drive on different side, separate government, health and schooling system, unique culture, but Hong kong do belong to China now even most Hongkongese don't like it. Haha
