Appreciate it, thank you!
my problem is, even though I know that I should take the micro steps to achieve my macro goals, I still surrender to my tiredness and unwillingness to continue the task. What should I do?
I have even deleted all social media apps from my phone and eliminated access to them both on my phone and laptop. but still at the end of the day I sneak my way into some like youtube
Social media can be good if you actually use it learn or support your business, just not when it’s used to mindlessly waste time. I’ll make a video on your other problem soon though!
I agree with all the points, but I think you are missing some big things - diet, sleep and excercise. Without it, all these techniques you mentioned will also work, but it will be such a pain to sit there and wrestle with your mind. It's just so much easier if you feel good in your body (diet), you are motivated and not groggy (you slept well) and your mind does not chatter endlessly on its own (actually breaking a sweat). You add some actually good yoga to it (like Isha Hatha Yoga from Sadhguru) and you can be pretty blissful.
the thing is, most people don't know what a good diet looks like, haven't slept well in years and spend majority of the day sitting...
I completely agree a lot of it starts with diet, sleep, and just getting active and using your body in a productive way. Way too much sitting and staring at a screen in this day and age which doesn’t help anyone feel better and more connected
