Thank you, R! I still have several inks to test. I probably won't get to them before the pen show, but maybe I can get back to a regular schedule soon. I don't have anything specific that I'm looking for at the show, but if I find something interesting I'll make a video about it. 😀

Not sure if there’s a converter available for Sailor Mini.

Thank you! It looks like Jet Pens and Pen Boutique have the Sailor Mini converter here in the US, so it must not be widely available. It would be amazing to travel the world going to pen shows. My sister and I are so excited about this one. Hopefully it will be the first of many.

I have to admit I'm gonna miss seeing some of those pilot pens in your ink reviews! I wish I could come to the pen show too!
I wish you could come, too! I know of at least one person that I know from UA-cam who's planning on being there. I hope I'm able to meet some others. I'm trying not to be overly optimistic...I might be coming back home with all these pens. 😀

That is a considerable cull of your collection all at once. And all the Japanese fountain pens. Couldn’t have guessed you’d want to offload so many Pilots, especially.
I’m really curious about the pens that you’ve decided you like best and would rather use more often than the ones you showed here that are going on sale.
Originally I was just going to thin out my collection a little, but when I started analyzing how I use my pens and pencils, I realized I'd be ok letting a significant number of them go.
These are the pens and pencils I'm keeping:
- Visconti Mirage Mythos (M and I also have a F replacement nib)
- Pilot Vanishing Point (F)
- Pilot Custom Heritage (F)
- Leonardo Momento Zero (EF flex and I also have EF and F replacement nibs)
- Vintage Esterbrook J (2556 Firm Fine)
- Pentel Sharp Kerry (0.5) mechanical pencil
If I'm writing with anything else, even if it's a pleasant writing experience, I'd rather be writing with one of the above pens.
However, I will be looking for something interesting to buy at the Pen Show. 😀
@@gadgetstop321 Thanks a lot for replying with the details I was curious to know. I’ve downsized my own collection from a high of a 110 pens to exactly 65 today. Sold several, but actually gave away even more. I’ve culled my ink collection, too.
Which Pilot Custom Heritage did you keep?
I’m so fond of vintage Esties. I’ve got fourteen of the vintage nibs. And a dozen of the vintage Esterbrook pens’s my favorite remains the Dollar pen. You might consider getting a few more choice nibs sometime. The 2556 is an all-time essential for just about anybody who cares for the pens and the old Esterbrook nibs.
Wish you the best of luck in selling as many of the pens you showed here. You can save the income on choosing something else to buy instead.
I love the pen shows. I am hoping to attend the DC show this year, cannot make St Louis. You are selling some great pens. The attendees are lucky. Good luck at the show.

The Stargazer?!? Say it isn't so!
I know! The Stargazer, the Black Legno, the Pro Gear Slim Mini, the 1911 Standard and the 3776 Black Diamond are all pens that I really debated whether or not I should sell them. But I don't think I've used any of those pens since I got my Vanishing Point and my daughters don't have any interest in pens, so I might as well let someone else get some enjoyment out of them. 😀
So, what pen(s) do you prefer over the Pro Gear (Slim)s?

Thanks, Ichiro! I don't really have one pen that satisfies the itch that the Sailor pens scratch. The two Sailor nibs that I like best are the medium fine and the medium. I like the medium fine for saturated inks, but I like the Pilot fine nib better in those cases, so I usually go with my Pilot Vanishing Point or the Custom Heritage 92. I like to use the Sailor medium nib when I'm writing with a shading ink, but my Visconti Mirage Mythos with a medium nib is also a joy to use with those types of ink, and since I'm always looking for an excuse to write with that pen, I usually go with it. And if I'm in the mood to use a pretty pen, I choose between my Leonardo Momento Zero, the Mirage Mythos, or my vintage Esterbrook. Between those five pens, I haven't gotten bored yet. 😀
