Those cups, you can wash through the flight machine too, just try it, and you will see, it works! It is handy to use the stationary machine for (vulnerable) glasses only, for 2 reasons. The water in it will stay cleaner to wash them better, and the flight machine will break the glasses more easily. But in specially designed glasses racks, you can run them through the flight machine too. If you work the way you work right now, you will be exhausted half way your shift already. These dishwashers are designed to prevent this to happen. It needs to go as easy as possible. Because you must work so hard! For example at my work, last week, I had to wash 2 parties, a barbecue and a buffet. I just ran everything trough at the fastest speed possible, all the racks were inside only 70 secs. and this was enough to clean 98% of the dishes. Only a few pots didnt come out clean at once, but this is no problem, then you scrub the remaining particles out, and run it through another time, and voila! then after washing greasy barbecue dishes and pots and GN containers, as last, the glasswear goes through, through the same wash water! yes, it works, it all comes out clean at once! You wont believe it, but it is true. Dishwashers are designed to do this job properly. I only used the sprayer to clean out the butter and mayonaise bowls, as they make a mess in the pre-wash section, and let foam built up, and getting the pre-wash tank overflow onto the floor.
