I honestly think it would’ve been similar to when he fought Ozai but I do think since in this alternate timeline , he never met the lion turtle 🐢 which showed him how to take peoples bending away , he would be force to kill sozin .

Yue should be the next water avatar for her connection to the spirits and the prevalent fan theory that Aangs heart stopped and restarted which robbed her of the spirit connection needed to survive until the moon replaced it
That is actually a really dope person to suggest who wouldn’t actually be a bad fit at all. I didn’t consider her for avatar simply off the fact that in the original timeline she is a non bender, she also follows her cultures customs and she would never have agreed to fight since she is a women and northern water tribe women don’t fight and aren’t allowed to be trained
It is of course still possible that Aang dies during the invasion, but obviously this video would be pretty short if I just went that route so I decided to see what would happen in the scenarios where he might survive
