Mike I would devour that...my goodness it looks so tender and tasty.
Thank you Ray!
I'll bet that'd be double excellent if served on an onion roll.
What a great idea, thank you John!
Wow, great idea!
So easy for a single person to put together. Another winner!
Yes thank you and it makes some leftovers that you will want to eat. Freeze and eat.
Looks great, Michael! Wish I was there to eat it with you! I'm always looking for new crock pot recipes. I love recipes that have a tomato undertone. YUM!🤤
And this is why I love cooking channels.....I never thought of using French Onion Soup in recipes! Usually I chop onions or use the dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix packet. Now I have something new to try!
Thank you, sure hope you try this one soon!
Oh, my, that looks so good! I have never done it in the crockpot. Usually brown them in the dutch oven with onions and pour hot water over it! Good old recipe from the 70's!
Yes, water works! Many people think you have to use milk or something else when making a gravy. Thank you Barb!
Looks great, even at 9 in the morning!
Thank you Myra!
Thank's for sharing your cube steak recipe . It's very tender and delicious looking . Have a great day .
Thank you! You too Patricia!
Oooh does that ever look delicious! I'd love this over mashed potatoes. Thanks Michael! ♥
Thank you Raini!
This looks wonderful. I've seen cube steaks all my life and never knew what to do with them. And I love Crock Pot meals. This is getting made next week with mashed potatoes or noodles. Screw the veg. Love it...thanks!
Thank you and I hope you do make this one! Noodles would be good but I prefer mashed potatoes and green beans :-)
Cube Steaks are also good for Chicken Fried Steaks, something I have never shared yet. I will sometime though. There is plenty plenty of gravy for noodles though.

That looks grand! Rock On Michael!
Thank you Sal!
I haven't had cube steak and gravy in forever. It looks so good.
Thank you Tim, sure hope you make this soon!

Yum! I did the same thing to a roast, recently, overcooked it in the crockpot. Still good but a little mushier than I would have liked. This is a great recipe, I can tell. I'll have to look for cube steaks the next time I go shopping.
Thank you Marc! I got these from Walmart. The time before this I did go to my small butcher shoppe and their price was up to $7.99 per pound. Walmart was $4.98 per pound. I've made this using one pound of them. Then I freeze the gravy for other use and for soups as well.
Totally needs mashed potatoes! Great idea for a busy day.
Thank you Liz, I hope you have a good Sunday!
I don’t usually eat a lot of steak but this looks amazing! I will absolutely try this. Happy Saturday Michael!
Thank you! You too Monica!

Love this dish, gonna make it again to share on my channel, it's such a classic, great recipe Michael!
Sounds like a great idea Jeanine!
That looks so comforting 😻😻
Thank you Moataz
I love cubed steak and mashed potatoes!! I have all the ingredients on hand except for the 2 cans of soup. Adding them to my grocery order. I always have a packet of AuJus on hand to add to roasts and vegetable soup
Thank you oldladytoofast! I think this would be good as well using Beefy Mushroom Soup in place of the Cream of Chicken. But I have never tried that and always use the chicken soup.
@@MichaelsHomeCooking hi Michael! Ive been absent for a while due to rebuilding after hurricane Ida last August. Finally settled with insurance and can get back to my hobbies. Note new user ID. I m not sure why UA-cam hates me lol!

OMG, looks so delish and I'm so hungry! heh

Hi Michael looks great..think I will serve with loaded garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans with bacon..
Sounds great and I will come over and help eat it all! Thank you Beverlee!
tasty
Thank you Mr. Doe!
Hiyeeeee!
This is a great one. Leftovers are wonderful with this one. Thank you Mike!
If you use cream of mushroom soup instead of Cream of chicken…it’s better…plus ya don’t need to use the corn starch at all! Gravy thickens up nicely! And I use beef broth instead of water
The cream of chicken is REALLY good in this. Thank you for watching one of my videos Josh!
Ide be havin that over some taters too!
I don't know how much you cook but after a joint or blunt you will be happy you made this! It does have a few ingredients, but it's easy and truly a winner dinner. Thank you for checking it out!
~Michael
Do you buy the tomato paste like that?
I buy the 6 ounces cans of tomato paste. Once I open the can I take a spoon and put Tablespoons of it into baggies and freeze it. I don't go to pains and make sure it is an exact Tablespoon, just wing it.
@@MichaelsHomeCooking Going to do it!!! 👍
@@winkipinki007 Excellent!
In my area minute steaks have no gristle and cube steak does
Thank you for that Tammy!
Why would you use cream of CHICKEN soup in a beef recipe? So bizarre. Cream of mushroom ftw!
I know it sounds odd, but it is so good in the recipe!
