Very interesting. Had no idea bleach actually does require warmth to work properly. I knew foils gave better lift but wow trapping in that heat is very important

Yes it is😃. There are stil a lot that does not know that bleaching under air conditioner affect the bleaching too

If you use 0/00 clear to virgin hair and lightens to level 6 or 7, can i apply toner after?

Hi, depending on which toner you are using , for level 6 or 7, you can put any warm colour toner , but for cold colour toner, best to use bleaching powder to level 7, 8 or 9
