I've just finished the game, it was such an emotional and rich story, the dynamic between Booker and Elizabeth was very interesting to follow up until the very bitter end. I won't spoil anything, but this was the only video game story that I have shed tears to.
I cannot be the only one to hate the ending of this game because of how he in effect looses ever having his daughter at all and never gets to raise her or be a father to her after freeing her..... right?

He dies in the Universes where he becomes Comstock, but doesn't die in the Universes where he never gave up Anna. So while he never gets to raise Elizabeth, he never loses Anna in the first place.

The Booker de Witt in that universe dies once to end all the Comstock worlds, but it doesn't end all the worlds. He's still alive in others. Just from the starting melody i get goosebumps, it reminds me of the main menu of the game... the nice atmosphere chill street, its just so good atmosphere, that i get goosebumps from it... love the game so much, and i am sad i didnt find sooner about this game...

Like in burial at sea ep2 suchong ask you to get some hair sample and after tons of hour you realized it was just Elizabeths hair and she couldve just gave it to suchong right away if she knew it was her hair he wants
