Love your long history of cooking, I bet you have a lot of stories to tell as you were gaining your experience and skill stories to tell around a campfire or a bbq grill cooking!
Peace and Blessings, good brother!🙏🏾✌🏾✌🏾🙏🏾 I pray all is going well with you and your family, as I haven't really been on UA-cam viewing my favorite cooking channels, but definitely enjoy seeing your videos - which are truly therapeutic for me. It sincerely helps with stress, when anxiety levels rise, your videos help tremendously. Now, that is not the only time I view the videos, but I needed to get out of a depressed pocket, taking one day at a time. I apologize for not tuning in as I would normally channel in. God bless bro and everything is looking priceless, you presenting the voice of extraordinary vocals, great cooking, grilling skills - always learning knowledge to help build my skills. Thank you, extending love to you, your family and all the beautiful souls viewing.🙏🏾🔥❤️❤️🔥🙏🏾
Thank you so much and great to see you back. I pray all is well with you too. So glad I can help with your anxiety and stress. Blessing your way my friend.
Wow!That looks so delicious 😋 I love the story about your childhood, you started with the real thing. My sister and I started with mud pies😂😅. You did great, God bless.
Watching you prepare this meal was, for me like waiting for dinner to get ready. I could imagine how great this meal is, and it looks so delicious. I am going to have to try this dish along with the swiss chard. Every time I watch you prepare a meal with swiss chard, I think to myself I am going to try that veggie. I love greens and vegetables so this will be a delight. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Have a blessed evening. 🙏🏽
what is your opinion on the char you acheived - I just did beef rib like this using a hot hot fire with post oak, and hickory chunks fantastic flavor, all the fat burned right off lots of nice flames like in this video, great black char on the meat and I thought they were fantastic- my wife is freaking out going like this is cancer causing char are you crazy (apparently all the medical studies support this), any opinion on this at all? (for the record, I'm gonna keep charring the living F**** out of my food until my demise), but just wondering what other chefs think about this topic - especially you BBQ Southern Style thanks
Thank you. I live life in moderation and leave the rest in the Gods hands. Funny in the 80s they were telling us the char on things was great for are stomachs lol. They said burnt toast was good for us smh. Moderation is key in my book and God for us all. Hope this helps and enjoy life my friend. We only pass this way once.
Somebody call the Food Channel network, He needs his own show. I'm not kidding.
Very much appreciate you.
100% agree

Where did you get the inspiration for the Chinese spices and sauces?
I travelled to South Korea many times.
