Wow…. It is 3:00 am here in Flagler County Florida and I am now Officially Starved !!!! I have got to do this asap. I tell you now, this man can cook and he knows what to cook and the very best way to prepare it. Thank you so much for giving us your time to bring these wonderful dishes to us. May God Bless you and your family….😎🏈✈️🛩️
I just love this leek garlic potato soup! I did tweek it with Baby Bella sliced butter glazed mushrooms and real chopped bacon crumbs and it's a HIT for many dishes! Thank You so much for this unique Leek recipe! BTW, it was my first go at Leeks! This is Awesome Hot or Cold!👍😋☺️
Wow !! What a presentation!! You put the steak ps back to the bone just like they do at Peter Lugers, rite on. I agree with you, when it comes to steak, thicker is better. I love the Porterhouse my favorite cut. And the shrimp looked delish!!
Congratulations on season four and looking forward to many more. I like your take on surf and turf, seriously, the steaks are amazing. And the soup is definitely something I’ll be making soon. Thanks for sharing.
5:01 mannn i made this, vichyssoise (potatoe leek soup) in culinary school years ago my favorite of all time but i dont make it. I dont know why! I think a lot of times the stores didnt have the leeks. When i start gardening im making sure to grow these! Its so worth it❣️
80s baby (1981) true 80s baby, family, real family get-togethers, even is this man ain't this man is a Jenkins, I knew it when I seen the lemon in the mop-sauce 😂,... need to see tht homemade BBQ sauce Big-Dawg, if you got one I'll find it... keep them comin
My great gramma used to make potato soup very similar to the way you made the potato leak soup. She learned how to make it during the depression and most nights that is what her family had to eat but she would put carrots in it and that did make it taste really good too. The steaks look a freaking mazing. My mouth was watering when you were cutting them up.
Wow, looks great. I'm from the school that says, "There's no such thing as too rare," so I'd have cooked to a lower temperature, but to each his own. Nice job. Now just need to find some 4 inch steaks!
Excellent cook. I use to think something was wrong with me because I too loved a pan fried T-bone or Porterhouse. It was simple and tasty. Of course, none of my steaks were 4 inches. Also, just a to make a point. I also always seasoned the bone. Not because I had a dog, but it made my gnawing on the bone more enjoyable. Just got back from a road trip and this weekend is Father's Day. I think we will have steak! God Bless.
LOl thank you. I can never get a chance to eat the bone anymore. My doggies would never let me. Have a great Father's Day and thank you for sharing and watching.
Looks amazing. I can't wait to make it also. Absolutely love your videos so many amazing dishes. I do have 2 questions if you don't mind. 1.) What salt do you use? Is seems to be more on the course side, yes? 2.) Where can I get a leather apron alao? Thank You for making these videos !!
Dang brother your killing me LMAO. Oh my goodness . Now the wife wants a steak just like that. I told her the quality steak like that from Winn Dixie will probably be over $100 she don't care😁👍 I'm defiantly making that potato leak soup as well. Your that man. Much love from the Mississippi gulf coast 😋😁👍❤️ !!!
I haven't seen steak that thick since the Flintstone's. Excellent as usual chef. Congrats on season four.

Aside from a masterful meal, I'm surprised to hear you say you give the steak bones to your dogs, aren't they splintery
Thank you! I hold the bone and let them get all the meat off. Much safer way to do it. I love my doggies so I would never do that.
Your such a good Dad!

Have your local butcher cut one for you.
