    I have IBS with diarrhea. I used to get cramps. I found berberine and take 2 or 3 500mg capsules. It all stopped! No cramps no diarrhea. It has all gone back to normal. I am not a doctor but this worked for me! But when I got a suppliment with fenugreek it didn't work. I learned that fenugreek can cause diarrhea. Also found Mastic gum and l glutamine work great. All symptoms are gone!

      Hello Tom - IBS is a catch all thrown at a collection of symptoms. I don't have expertise in this area, but I would encourage you to experiment with various things like high fiber, low fiber, no fiber... elimination diets, etc.

    • @Mirroj
      @Mirroj Місяць тому +1

      I had to see a GI specialist, an allergist and did an elimination diet with a licensed nutritionist . I definitely have IBS-C. Fiber doesn't help me. Miralax, docusate sodium and Milk of Magnesium is my daily bowel regimen. Plus prescription medicine. It took over 3 years to get a diagnosis. And that isn't the only major digestive disease I have.

    I have had Ibs for almost 8 years. In the beginning it was related to food. So i couldnt eat peppar or egg and than i would be okay. Than 4 years ago it started to brcome stress related instead. The pain i was in was crazy. I could be out walking ok the street and fold dubble of the pain. When i was at home i would scream in a pillow. Nothing helped. Than i found some thea which helped me for some time. Today rhe pain is mostly gone except when i am under a lot of stress. Than i will have a hard time breathing and a lot of back pain. I cant actaully remember the last time i had a normal bowelmovement. Its always messed up.

    I’ve had it for a decade so I had time to try different things. Personally, healthy eating, diets, no lactose, more sports did NOTHING. I’m gonna try a course of spasmalitics and if that doesn’t help, antidepressants. But after pregnancy. Right now, if I get a stomachache, I take nospa 80mg or buscopan 20mg, not regularly. It helps to prevent a strong stomachache for a whole day though the medicine works 30 minutes after I take it
