I remember this song playing in the car when I was little and just laughing care free but now.. ever since my dad got cancer it ripped my heart in two big pieces but it brought our family closer then ever.. after he was free he started cheating on my mom behind our backs and when they told me I felt all of my happiness and meaning to have fun just evaporate. I fainted from realization and was till that day held a hate/love relationship with my dad. He used to be the goofiest person ive ever met in my life who would play video games with me till night and was the best dad ive and will have but... now hes so cold and stern and feels like hes a whole different person.. my mom was depressed for 3 years straight and I remember her telling me that she used to doubt her life and that no one loved her. I remember crying for a week straight because of what she said to me but it brought our relationship closer then ever.. I prayed every night and felt useless for an entire year but god and faith brought me through.. I found a new hobby by drawing and expressing my feelings through cello.. I now live with my mom, brother, uncle and grand parents and they were the best help ive ever gotten. I went to a new school and met my bestfriends who mean the world to me. Yes, I do still feel worthless sometimes but now i go to this song and instead of it being a vent song it calms me down.. To anyone feeling worthless or depressed please tell someone and remember.. It may seem black outside but light is more powerful than darkness and you"ll get through this! Love yall and stay safe

When my depression started I always listened to the Normal version but a few years later I found this and now I’m listening this at 1:12 am .. I’m lost and it kills me inside. Ive became an useless human that only fake smiles and carry’s ab others. Everyday I hope to not wake up. It’s getting worse every day. I don’t know what I became .. I start hurting myself to feel anything. I just don’t know what to do..
Maya _xd_cx I know it’s hard but I promise you that you’ll get through this. I remember when I first got depression and was going through some deep stuff that I couldn’t possibly explain. I just stayed positive and focused on the brighter things and tried to pretend it wasn’t there, eventually I got used to it and it all started going away! I’m living a really rough life right now but I don’t have depression anymore. I do have advice though, please don’t hurt yourself. That’ll make things so much more worse than it already is. Just fight it off and just know you’re not alone. Stay strong! 💗

My dad left at 8, my grandad on my fathers side died in March 2020 when I was 12 but I didn’t know him and only saw him once a year, my grandad I was very close to died in October 2020 when I was 13 (my bday is in aug) and I’m still 13, and want to go back in time, 2019 when I was starting to be okay, I’d gotten rid of my dad and his toxic abusiveness and toxic “friends” I had around the same time and it was before COVID and all the stress with that

When did everything become so sad and fake... never happy anymore unless I’m with my best friend and now she’s 11 hours away. Just ignore this but this is the song I listened to before I hated myself and everyone and everything almost every night I cried to this cause my mother yelled at me everyday cause my depression took over me and it made me have no motivation for not even a thing I felt so weak to the verge of taking my own life but ever time I thought about it I remembered that if I did what I was thinking of doing the evil will be proud then I remembered that every day of my life god is proud of me even when I’m weak I know the lord my saviour strengthens me when I’m on the verge of giving up and that’s why he will be the one whom I serve the one whom I worship the one whom I praise till the very end I am loyal to my Heavenly Father I will give my life for him if necessary but I know that god is good all the time. All glory towards you my lord🤞🏽 you truly are my world.. I come back to this everynight when I’m feeling my depression and suicidal thoughts at its worst. Growing up in a household with an alcoholic father and a mother who is hiding her pain this hits different, I’m still a teenager and for the most of my life I’ve raised my younger sister bc my mum works full time trying to keep us in our house. My father is slowly killing himself by overdosing, I’ve never even heard him say he loves me, I can’t live like this much longer, I want to but I can’t leave my sister and mother.

I hate what you are all feeling. Depressed, suicidal, sad, useless. It's not true. It's so fake I can't stand it. I love this version of the song, I feel every word, but I'm none of the above. I'm overweight, grew up without a dad, been betrayed, but I still go on. Focus on what's positive in your life. If you feel like there's nothing there but pain, dream. Dream about your future. Dream about going away to college (if you want to attend one, ofc) and escaping your abusive parents, dream about having your own family and dream about BEING HAPPY! And fight for your dreams. My mom is Bipolar and my dad has Depression, they both rubbed off on me... Everyday I feel more and more useless. I got caught cutting myself so now Im doing something that nobody knows about, Im starving myself. Everyday I'm always sad, but my friends cheer me up for a bit. My house isn't home. It never was.
I remember this song playing in the car when I was little and just laughing care free but now.. ever since my dad got cancer it ripped my heart in two big pieces but it brought our family closer then ever.. after he was free he started cheating on my mom behind our backs and when they told me I felt all of my happiness and meaning to have fun just evaporate. I fainted from realization and was till that day held a hate/love relationship with my dad. He used to be the goofiest person ive ever met in my life who would play video games with me till night and was the best dad ive and will have but... now hes so cold and stern and feels like hes a whole different person.. my mom was depressed for 3 years straight and I remember her telling me that she used to doubt her life and that no one loved her. I remember crying for a week straight because of what she said to me but it brought our relationship closer then ever.. I prayed every night and felt useless for an entire year but god and faith brought me through.. I found a new hobby by drawing and expressing my feelings through cello.. I now live with my mom, brother, uncle and grand parents and they were the best help ive ever gotten. I went to a new school and met my bestfriends who mean the world to me. Yes, I do still feel worthless sometimes but now i go to this song and instead of it being a vent song it calms me down.. To anyone feeling worthless or depressed please tell someone and remember.. It may seem black outside but light is more powerful than darkness and you"ll get through this!

When my depression started I always listened to the Normal version but a few years later I found this and now I’m listening this at 1:12 am .. I’m lost and it kills me inside. Ive became an useless human that only fake smiles and carry’s ab others. Everyday I hope to not wake up. It’s getting worse every day. I don’t know what I became .. I start hurting myself to feel anything. I just don’t know what to do..
Maya _xd_cx I know it’s hard but I promise you that you’ll get through this. I remember when I first got depression and was going through some deep stuff that I couldn’t possibly explain. I just stayed positive and focused on the brighter things and tried to pretend it wasn’t there, eventually I got used to it and it all started going away! I’m living a really rough life right now but I don’t have depression anymore. I do have advice though, please don’t hurt yourself. That’ll make things so much more worse than it already is. Just fight it off and just know you’re not alone. Stay strong! 💗

My dad left at 8, my grandad on my fathers side died in March 2020 when I was 12 but I didn’t know him and only saw him once a year, my grandad I was very close to died in October 2020 when I was 13 (my bday is in aug) and I’m still 13, and want to go back in time, 2019 when I was starting to be okay, I’d gotten rid of my dad and his toxic abusiveness and toxic “friends” I had around the same time and it was before COVID and all the stress with that

Just ignore this but this is the song I listened to before I hated myself and everyone and everything almost every night I cried to this cause my mother yelled at me everyday cause my depression took over me and it made me have no motivation for not even a thing I felt so weak to the verge of taking my own life but ever time I thought about it I remembered that if I did what I was thinking of doing the evil will be proud then I remembered that every day of my life god is proud of me even when I’m weak I know the lord my saviour strengthens me when I’m on the verge of giving up and that’s why he will be the one whom I serve the one whom I worship the one whom I praise till the very end I am loyal to my Heavenly Father I will give my life for him if necessary but I know that god is good all the time. I come back to this everynight when I’m feeling my depression and suicidal thoughts at its worst. Growing up in a household with an alcoholic father and a mother who is hiding her pain this hits different, I’m still a teenager and for the most of my life I’ve raised my younger sister bc my mum works full time trying to keep us in our house. My father is slowly killing himself by overdosing, I’ve never even heard him say he loves me, I can’t live like this much longer, I want to but I can’t leave my sister and mother.
