I appreciate you doing this video but you have some inaccuracies in your video. You are NOT guaranteed to get a cabana because you are concierge. The lunch is not in the lounge, it is in one of the restaurants and they will escort you there when you board. Alcohol is available in the lounge from 5-10 pm daily. You are only able to order room service from 1 designated restaurant and only if you have a one bedroom suite or higher.

I spoke directly to someone at Disney Cruise Line to confirm my research before this but if there is one thing I have learned as a Travel Agent is that the call center has various levels of knowledge and it is not always accurate. Looks like I am going to have to use this to convince my husband to stay concierge on our next cruise!!
Thank you Carol. I am glad I came to the comments. Although several people online have made the comments that if ask nicely, you have picky eaters in the group (children) or if have food allergies, they relax and allow you to order from different kitchens.
