I like smoked horseradish cheese. It's a white American cheese infused with horseradish and smoked. It's hard to find, but if you can I recommend it. It's good groceries. 😉
When it comes to that middle piece of bread, I wonder how it would be if you smashed that middle piece of bread flat with a burger press and fried until crispy.

@@thehungryhussey Have you ever ordered the double quarter pounder from Mickey D's? Did you ask them to add another piece of bread to the burger? Neither have I. Your 1/2 lb fried bologna sandwich without the 3rd slice of bread would be the perfect meat to bread ratio. Sandwich still looks great and I would eat the heck out of it.
