    My Rosie has one of these...her vet suggested she needed to eat less...in two years she lost two ponds and now she is at a healthy weight!

      How do you manage to lose a pond? Did you just go into the garden one day and find that it had been filled in?

    Hi Luke, your review is really helpful. Can you give an update on the performance of the PetNet Smart Feeder? How does it work?

      Hello Krystalv18, It is working great! I have been super excited to have this feeder. At first I wasn't sure how much I would really be able to use the features of this but I have saved so much money in dog food by feeding the correct amount. Also it has been awesome because if I am late at the office, I know that it will feed him and alert me that he has been fed. Im going to do an update video soon so stay tuned for that.

    This feeder is essentially to promote the dry food delivery very. As slick as it is, it still doesn't have a video camera.😞

    Hi there, thanks for the review. Can you tell me about how long the battery last? And can you connect multiple feeders on the same app account?

    • @LukeFosburg
      @LukeFosburg  6 років тому +1

      The battery will last approximately 1 day if the power goes out. I am not sure about connecting multiple feeders.

    Does this still work after 2 years?

    DON'T PURCHASE THIS FEEDER!!! as of this posting, Petnets servers have been down for several days as well as customer support email has been turned off, and the phone support in the app has been disabled from the app. Amazon is still selling them but you cannot comment on the product due to unusual negative comment volume.

    Hi, how does it know to dispense the correct amount? Can you dispense 1oz of cat kibble for example? Or 1.5?

    • @LukeFosburg
      @LukeFosburg  6 років тому

      Yes it goes by volume. You can dispense any fraction of a cup or multiple cups.

    I would like to ask how hard is to remove the top cover, reason is my cat lives in the garage he has a pet door, lately I found Racoons going inside to eat his food, if I get one of this it would be great as long as raccoons cannot open the lid and eat all the food. Thanks

    do you know how to fix mine? I’m using a new ipad pro and iPhone. everyday it tells me "failed to feed" my pet but I saw it was feeding my pet once and I can't know now if it's really feeding my pet or not. I'm using the newest version, food is enough in the feeder, wifi is ok and the plate is on, and power connection is ok too. I asked but they can't help me. I like this product but it's not working...

      It could be that you don't have internet connectivity to your phone during the feed time. Both your phone and the feeder need to be connected to the internet.

    Hi Luke.was wondering if you have a link to the place you got the feeder from? Also, I'm from Canada so a Canadian link would be great. Thanks!

      We have ordered one through Amazon. Shipping is cheaper and with the conversion of the dollar better as well. Looking forward to getting it. Thanks again Luke.

      Hey Steve just got it today. There wasn't a base with the unit. So the food doesn't slide down successfully. We will call petnet.io tomorrow and find out why it wasn't in the box

      The unit can stay plugged in at all times. It’s just a battery backup in case of power failure.
