Hello, l have a situation where the temperature demand/comfort mode temperature is at 20 degree Celcius, yet the room temperature continues to increase(it's currently 26 degree Celcius). The black triangle indicating heating is not even on. I have also tried the frost protection mode(set at less than 10 degree celcius)- same thing. Temperature in the house keeps increasing. I have tried resetting the thermostat as well but no success. The only way is to turn off the boilers completely. When l do that, water starts pooling at the base of the boiler😔 Might you have any suggestions?
Would you be able to help me with my timer as I have set it to go off at 11pm but it keeps coming back on around midnight? I was told it's to the temperature that the thermostat is set at, i.e. if the temperature drops at night then it will automatically switch the heating on, but I don't need the heating on when I'm in bed?! Any ideas... thank you!
I have switched mine to frost protection now, and the symbol is staying on the house, but the words say Room Temperature again? Is that right? Trying to have my back door open as it’s a lovely day and need some fresh air, but don’t want the heating kicking in lol!
The screen always defaults to the room temperature so that's right. If you want some fresh air, set the main button to Frost Protection in case the inside temp drops with the outside air coming in, or set your 'on' temperature well down so it won't turn on.
Has anyone had an issue with the system heating outside of the auto times set? We currently having this issue and using more gas than we want to be using
Im slightly confused as to why this thing takes batteries, i dont understand why it can come of the wall as it doesn't seem to be wireless. If i take this off the wall and put it where we are sitting the thermostat no longer works and any new temp setting wont take effect until i put it back on the wall. Am I missing something?
That's correct! When it's in the holder it sends a message to the system of the various settings. You can set up the unit off the holder, but it won't send the messages to the boiler until its docked unlike a remote-controlled unit.
The days 1-5 6-7 1-7 all show not active pass. Then all the ones at the bottom say the same until we get to holiday start date. On the main screen then we can’t get rid of the suitcases.
If you want to set the date, you only can change it by day. If you want to set the time, you only can change it by minute. I changed the battery, now the system show date is 8:26 01/04/08. It’s year of 2023 now. How many times I need press the button to correct the date?!What a stupid design.
It's defaulting to the date the system was manufactured and put into service. Many devices do this as the companies keep using the software or circuit boards for many, many years.
Trying to follow the manual was like trying to break the Enigma code. This video makes it so much simpler. Thank you very much.

How the function with the moon and the sun work?
The moon symbol means it is in standby (not running) but when the sun symbol shows the system is running (i.e. moon=night=off=cold; sun=day=on=warm).

We have this thermostat on an Immergas boiler/heater and it works fine.
