- What happens to us when we die?
Some say we come back and live another life. And this happens over and over again.
.
Others believe we wonder the earth helping our family members who are alive. Like a guardian angel. And can even talk to those family members through ouija boards. mediums and psychics.
some believe you might get trapped on your way to eternal rest and my be in need of help getting to the "other side"
Again, with the aid of mediums and psychics.
But none of this is true.
This is true. I came to this channel after I saw the “what happened to the church” video. We need more true catholic people online like you. Thank you for what you do.
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.
Praise God for this channel! I wish so much we could teach this to students. Instead, they're learning how to fall deeper into sin with all the gender nonsense and inclusion and equity agendas 😠
i wish we could go back to the good ol days, i'd love to learn about God in school
As a protestant I agree with you here as I believe in purgatory and that sacraments give you God's grace. I love this channel.
Thank you
Come over to the Catholic Church and receive the fullness of the sacraments, especially Penance and the Eucharist.

Ain’t no purgatory sir when you die you go to the grave and are dead intill judgement day
@@alldayproductions8566 That's Soul Sleep 💤, and Jesus Christ ✝️ is NOT the God of the Dead but of the Living.
@@alldayproductions8566Explain how there are saints in Heaven praying for us according to the Book of Revelation. Don't use the Bible as an idol or something to swear on- actually read it! It's all there! God bless
Boy, the protestors against's Christ's one true Church are going to wail and moan about this one.
Nice job!
If we die in a state of grace we have nothing to fear
Great video, more people need to hear this message. Many are so caught up in the pleasures and money and fame and achievements of this temporal world and do not realize how meaningless it all will be at their judgement. May God have mercy on us all.
There is no time like the present moment… now… for us (including myself) to turn away from the craziness of this world; to just let go of the things we cling to desperately for just a moment’s fleeting “happiness.” We must endure stress, pain, unhappiness, and betrayal now and forgive in order for us to be rewarded by God with eternal bliss. Lord, help us to truly see ourselves and the world for who we really are, so that we may change our hearts and conform to your will.
So good!!
Agreed We have all had more than we deserve in this life. I don't know how people go on without the sacrament of confession?
Remember 1st Saturday Devotion is May 6🙏
Another great video, brother.
Now is the time to get ready for death and actively pray for the grace of a holy death.
Thank you for this video. I truly realize how much I need prayers.
Thank you 🥰🙏✝️🛐📿👍
I Miss Christendom is the Black Pigeon Speaks of Catholicism.
Is this based on your interpretation? Or the Catechism?
This is the traditional catholic teaching. Not my interpretation
@@imisschristendom5293 by traditional source, do you mean the catechism? Or a different source? I want to read more. Thank you brother 🙏
I miss the age of Christiandom
This is confusing. You state in one video that funerals are for requesting the salvation of souls and yet if you die before confessing a mortal sin you go to hell.
We can pray even after a person is dead in our time and God can apply those prayers at the moment of thier death and give them final perseverance or perfect contrition which forgives all sins. He can do this because he is not bound by time. I go over this in the other video you commented on please rewatch it
What are examples of good works that will save me?
If you die in a state of mortal sin, you go to hell. If you die in a state of grace, you are saved.
Good works help you stay in a state of grace. But if you die in mortal sin, all the good works in the world won't save you.
Good works dont matter at that point.
@@imisschristendom5293 sorry no I understood that part but when you said that good works will be weighed against our sins, what would be considered good works? Like charity?
@@dirtnbloodnotherkids It's not the works but what the works does for the soul that makes the difference. Our bodies and souls need to be not only redeemed but healed and cleansed of sin. So yes, perhaps an act of charity if done according to the will of God will help sanctify our souls. The goal is to become holy as our heavenly Father is holy; not just by acting, or faking it. Just as evil actions carried out freely and willingly by the soul can damge the soul and turn it from God.
God who is the author and creator of our souls knows where we need healing and restoration the most and so will appoint 'good works' and supply the approiate graces to accomplish our santification. We need only discern and follow His will in faith. That is the process of salvation.
Look up the corporal works of mercy. They come from the book of Tobit. The Bible speaks of alms covering sins
@@dirtnbloodnotherkids none of this “good works” nonsense is biblical by any more. We are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone!
