Fix Windows 11/10 Can't Start Your Camera Error Code: 0xA00F429F WindowShowFailed (0x887A0004)

This problem stems from a corrupted Windows update that corrupts the drivers.
Simply remove the sound, video, and webcam drivers (you need to delete the drivers entirely), and then reinstall them with a newer version of those drivers.
After reinstalling the drivers, simply restart the computer and the webcam and microphone will work again.
