if camera isnt displayed in the device manager, click on view and select show hidden apps and uninstall camera drivers and restart ur pc , it will work
ANOTHER SOLUTION: For intel users download your intel driver and have intel arc software go then go to studio and head to camera and just enable preview that is it.
