For those who weren't present since the very beggining of my art journey: I fell in love with Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) years ago and Levi is the character whose I become very fond with and after seeing his story and all his suffering througout the series, I decided to create this Original Character to represent an alternate reality where Levi would experience some happiness while still maintaining all canon events, her name is Giselle Kruse and later Giselle Ackerman and she was first presented in 2017 in my art account. There is an "On Going" comic if you're interested to know about their story: instagram.com/milkcupie/ This anime made wonders to my art journey, not only made me get more passionate about what I do but to thrive for better skills and results. When I started I said "Someday I will animate my character Giselle along with Levi" and after years I've kept my word which makes me emotional and very proud. There were ups and downs during the way, but I am making an effort and focus on what is really important for me and bringing the best I can. We can do what's deemed as impossible if we have enough power of will. I hope I can keep improving as an artist and also as a person. Please do not steal, edit or repost. This animation video took me a lot of time and sweat to do. It is not fair if you take it and gain from something you didn't strive to do!

Maybe the animator can email the creator and/or studio to make it canon or maybe include it into the episode? I know it's stretching it, but maybe they can include the animator's fan-animation after the final episode's ending credits as a bonus fan-animation clip (or they would re-animate it if they want to keep it consistent with MAPPA's animation style). It won't hurt to ask. :D

And those that have never seen this would wonder why does Levi suddenly have a wife and children when it was never revealed. You can only pretend it to be canon but it won't actually happen, which is an absolute shame. This would have definitely had people in tears if this was real.
Even Kenny was there, I was speechless. A serial killer, yes. But . . . . Levi wouldn't of made it this far if he hadn't raised him. And . . . unlike most, he only wanted power so he could see what true compassion, what true peace felt like through Uri's eyes. 😢
I can't describe in words how i am feeling right now..Levi deserves this kind of ending..i hope he'll heal and find a woman who loves him and take care of him like this animation shows..and hope one day he'll have his own children
I think from all those fighting and suffering, among all AOT characters, Levi deserved a peaceful and simple life the most. This animation of him finding a woman he loves and loved him is really a bittersweet ending that could be canon. All AOT characters actually deserve a 24 episode of just slice of life where they were all happy and normal. Thank you for this wonderful work. I am going to forever remember this.

I just finished reading aot chapter 139 yesterday, i can't describe how much l respect levi character, he is so based , consistent conclusion, his first appearance was holding dying soldier hand and his last appearance was saluting his dead soldiers/ the only good thing in last chapter

Nice vision and animation! I imagine Levi living alone as a sardonic old man that keeps a super clean house. He allows certain lonely kids to hang around him as long as they don’t make a mess in his house.
Sometimes people don't understand the great love we can have for a character. And in my case, with Levi... it's something so nice to find people who share the same feeling. It's so tragic when you realize the pain our boy has been through and when I saw this… I cried. I cried thinking how much I long for Levi to be happy and in a peaceful place. And to at least see him like this... makes me want to think that he may have accumulated happy memories in the same way, at least some of them

@@gabrielafierro8865 técnicamente no se sabe el final exacto porque para levi acaba con un final abierto, esta animación seria el después del manga y talves y si pudo ser así, en el manga solo se ve a levi sentado en su silla con gaby y falco pero no se supo si se caso, tuvo hijos o murió soltero o talves abrió su propio local de te (recordemos que le gusta mucho el te y pensó en abrir un lugar solo para tomar te) entonces la verdad si me gustaría que levi haya tenido una familia ☺
I think Levi got done a little dirty in the show. He was basically the only character who wanted to kill as little as possible and truly wanted the best for humanity. He deserved a little more happiness.
_”My duty is done. Now I’ll rest.”_ This was a very well done animation and it encapsulates the heartbreak and long journey Levi had been through. Glad you gave him a good ending to a lifetime of sadness and triumph.

One thing I do wish is for Erens image to appear, I think people underestimate the bond between Levi and him due to Levi’s cold nature and I always got the sense that out of anyone Levi was one of the few to understand the burden of the responsibility of power eren had, for example the great scene in the forest with Levi’s speech, also I kinda felt that to some extent eren modeled his later cold personality off of Levi at least in my mind, yes some of that was eren but the cold apathetic side like we see at the restraint really reminded me of Levi and the beating of armin reminded of Levi’s similar actions to eren, both were to trick the people around them

I'm Japanese. I'm impressed. Once the war is over, the heroes of the Great War are condemned as symbols of violence. At the end of the story, Captain Levi did not play a heroic role...but perhaps that is why it is good to have such a heroic afterlife. He met and saw off many of his comrades...I can't help but dream that his final days will be very peaceful as he sees the end of the heart they dedicated to him.
I first see this animation to you and i cry the end. But it's amazing and i love this Levi and his wife. I am sad but i happy this see this video, thank you!

One thing I do wish is for Erens image to appear, I think people underestimate the bond between Levi and him due to Levi’s cold nature and I always got the sense that out of anyone Levi was one of the few to understand the burden of the responsibility of power eren had, for example the great scene in the forest with Levi’s speech, also I kinda felt that to some extent eren modeled his later cold personality off of Levi at least in my mind, yes some of that was eren but the cold apathetic side like we see at the restraint really reminded me of Levi and the beating of armin reminded of Levi’s similar actions to eren, both were to trick the people around them

At the end of the story, Captain Levi did not play a heroic role...but perhaps that is why it is good to have such a heroic afterlife.
He met and saw off many of his comrades...I can't help but dream that his final days will be very peaceful as he sees the end of the heart they dedicated to him.
I first see this animation to you and i cry the end. But it's amazing and i love this Levi and his wife. I am sad but i happy this see this video, thank you!
This was beautifully done, I love the part with the birds as symbolism for Levi and Giselle's lives. Animation was beautiful and credits to the voice actors for doing such a great job capturing the characters.
