I still have this problem: my left earbuds constantly keep blinking pink. If I press the one on the right it sometimes blinks green sometimes red. They are both in the charging case. If I take them out nothing happens I can not connect them. What to do?

Hi. My Jabra elite 3 earbuds doesn't charge when placed in the case.
It only charges if the case itself is being charged through the usb port.
Like wise, the buds also doesn't get disconnected when it is placed back in the case, and gets disconnected only if i put the case of charging.

I did that. Airdopes charges only when the case itself is being charged through usb. When i remove usb, airdopes won't charge, but case will
