i have the jabra elite 3 active- black but if i do the exact same what yo do it does not turn purple and i tried this bcs it doesn't connect/show up to my bluetooth list on my laptop

I use Jabra elite 7 pro then i put out case. Next day when i use it batrey ear bud left 75% but in right ear bud drop to 25%. Why ??

Hey,
I still have this problem: my left earbuds constantly keep blinking pink. If I press the one on the right it sometimes blinks green sometimes red. They are both in the charging case. If I take them out nothing happens I can not connect them. What to do?
