HI Bimdoc, I just discovered your channel. I just bought a 2015 BMW X5 F15 X40e Hybrid M Performance. However i wanted to upgrade the 6WA -Extended Cluster with a 6WB Cluster. I bought the cluster and had a technician install it and code it. It worked at first and then on my way home i got Drivetrain Fault and then later got battery not charging. I replaced the cluster with the old (6WA) and reset the system and cleared all the codes and everything started to work as before the 6WB was installed. I contacted the supplier i bought the cluster from and he said that he did not realize that the my vehicle was a hybrid and that the 6WB would not work in the Hybrid X40e. I just wanted to confirm if this is actually the case and there was something else that was needed to be done to get the unit to work as it should. thank you and have a great day!.
The beast way to get the answer is to compare compability via ETK (electronic part catalogue)

You are the best man, I have been watching your videos for a long time. As a coder and programmer myself I have to point out that we do have the same issue with the position of the laptop and giving ourselves T-Rex arms 😂😂😂😂. I might also do my next video with that camera angle 😅

The HU Manager only accepts US format so month first and day later, even if you change your PC format or car date format it doesn't work, so the only way to do it is to add the first 12 days of the month, as if you add 13 and more you'll get that issue with the lines for dates

Hey Vladimir, regarding the date not showing > You added a new entry with a lower mileage in comparison to the last entry. I guess thats not possible 🤭 maybe that is why the date isn't showing.
I only use SHM free version, its the best Thanks for showing 👍
It’s not about mileage. It’s about date format somehow. It’s possible to edit it manually ))
Great video, like every your video, the best on UA-cam for Bmw's. I don't have my laptop with me now to check, but this error with date, is it possible to change date in program so it's written with dots, not with slash? Same as it's shows date for other services on your HU, it's with dots.
It’s possible to edit the line that will be written to HU. Then date night work properly
What if SERVIE_HISTORY is set to Active but still is not visible in Vehicle Status? (NBT ID 4)
Make at least one service history writing.

Yes you are right. In HKFM2 it is a bit different coding.

I haven’t tested that on different HUs. But I guess it covers atleast the same ECU as first one.

Did you try to check the "onTop" box, shouldn't this add services to the top and not bottom?
It will keep HU service manager on top of other windows. But they way you described would be better ))

For F series you need Enet cable

hey Mr., I changed my original suspension to Bilstein B16 without EDC (original sensors) and I am getting the error about. chassi on the panel without the possibility to change to Sport and Sport+ mode on the car also. I know there is a way to do it by coding and I am willing to know if you have this power and knowledge on doing this? I am looking forward your comments. Thank you in advance

Про омыватели даже не думал что редкая. Надо понаблюдать ))
@@BimDoc Не совсем правильно выразился, не сами омыватели редкая опция, а фары, которым требуется омыватель редкие. Знаю, что лазерные идут с омывателем, возможно есть и другие варианты (если не прав исправьте). Но базовые фары, а так же S524A, S552A идут без омывателей, потому что считается, что лед фары не нуждаются в этой опции.

I use SHM software, I get connection to my G01, I had history records in it but unfortunately new records cannot be writen, now I cannot see any records (because everything was deleted), please tell me what I can do to fix this. Thanks !

Владимир спасибо за контент. Есть вопрос по данным программам. Все до этого сервисы были записаны у дилеров, и была история в данном меню. Потом через программу записал свое ТО оно отобразилось ( писал через HU SERVISE). Так как она отобразилась решил откорректировать все ТО которые делал коме официалов. Через эту же программу все грохнул и начал записывать. Запись прошла в программе (ок). После первой записи решил проверить, но она не записалась. Попробовал через вторую записать другое ТО (SHM) программа написала так же что все ок, но по факту в меню не появилась история ТО. Полез через e-sys в голову как у вас было на канале лет 6 назад видео. Service history стоит актив. Попробовал через программу (BimmerCode-тоже сервисная история стоит активная). В чем может быть подвох? BMW x3 g01 2020. Заранее спасибо.
Интересно конечно. ГУ скорее всего ентринав2.
Не делал экспериментов на всех ГУ, но если раз записало то должно работать.
На крайняк все эти программы работают теме же командами что и тул32. Так что он в помощь. Но там далеко не так просто как этими прогами (
@@BimDoc да ГУ именно такое. Проблему данную только что решил и странным образом. Вначале через SHM заранее прописал все сервисы кроме последнего в файл и попробовал залить. Но ничего не залилось в историю сервиса. Последнее ТО старой датой не стал прописывать, а поставил сегодняшнее число и прописал через HU SERVICE. И что самое интересное оно отобразилось. А то что прописывал через SHM было пусто. В итоге я опять попробовал записать через SHM , но опять история не появилась. Запустил программу HU Service и сделал первую запись которая была в машине перед продажей. В этой же HU перезапуск ГУ не делал. На самом ГУ вышел в другое меню и заново зашел. И все отобразилось, ну и потом по одной записи стал вводить. В итоге все ок. Может кто-то тоже с этим столкнулся и ему это поможет.

Android screen is installed instead of original screen, it the NBT itself.
So you still can write a history into your NBT 😉
@@BimDoc I will try, but I am afraid it could fail because there is 1 permanent error stored, because of android screen. “Connection, headunit to CID: No communication”
Приветствую. BMW F31 2014. HU NBT Next в меню нет истории обслуживания. Возможно ли через FDL кодирование добавить эту опцию? В ESYS Ultra в подсказках по CheatSheets не нашел нужную кодировку.
Этот параметр называется service_history

@@BimDoc Проверил, HU NBT в FDL опция service_history статус- aktiv . Но в самом меню NBT нет пункта история обслуживания.

Try history cannot be seen in the car. Try history can be checked via bmw dealer or similar alternatives.
You have to know that!
