I just hate how mosfet or not design properly the fet just get too hot and damaged but I believe mosfet show be make with more conductive crystal to reduce the failure and overall heating issues pulse 10 % of mosfet i but from international rectifier blow up when add to inverter circuit the only mosfet don’t blow up is china mosfet all American mosfet just failed to with in inverter like not all mosfet or design to inverter dc to ac I run into a lot of issues with mosfet like that so far I buy 30 type and only Chinese mosfet work

I could use some help please repairing my vector 3000 watt sine inverter need to order parts from somewhere mosfets
I got one of those 6,000 LF inverters with a blueish sticker on it and you do absolutly not have no warranty, they just say you do.
They wanted to charge me $120 shipping from California to N.Carolina to send my 5 burned up boards that are small enough to hold in my hand. The heck it does cost $10 to do that, not $120.
The heck , I bought all 5 boards for $45 cheaper brand new and got free shipping instead using their effen waranty.
That company is a ripp off and you not really have any WARRENTY whatsoever.
Power jack warranty is worthless, I bought a powerjack 5000watt inverter, and it burnt mosfets from just running a 400 watt fridge after only 7 hours, I contact the seller and told me to contact power jack, powerjack told me contact seller, so I'm not getting anywhere, I'll never buy another powerjunk inverter.
lol, 😂, Genetry solar supposed to help, they are not helping. I needed to buy the parts. I email Genetry, he is full of..... I email powerjack, they are full of... too. So I advise to everyone. stay away from powerjack and Genetry they are full of ....

If I replace all the MOSFETs without new boards,could that work? Maybe even buy better mosfets? The mosfets are cheap on eBay. The boards are over $100 to replace.

So you show Gate (Left pin) shorted to Drain (center pin or Tab). How about Drain and Source pin?

Thanks for doing this video, it gets a thumbs up. When measuring with the multi meter, you said it was about 2 volts. Didn't you mean two ohms?
Funny how there is no in4148 diodes to protect the mosfets gate from spike

My inverter has led on one side of mosboard without turning on and when I turn on they are blinking :( and the other side led are on i really need help pls
I bought a 12000w and the fan stop working I remove and checked the fan and it is working where can I get the temperature wire that plug to the board to buy

I repaired my inverter with all the new parts, new mosfets board, new driver board, I even put ALL the new boards on it, it turns on well, but going from 1400w approximately it will overload, what could it be? it is a 15k power jack.

Lol. It is from China,. It is ok to copy anything in China. Try mppt solar, they are from Taiwan
I have a powerjack 8000w 24v splitphases and the home is consuming 800w each phase and the inverter shutdown. the transformer is over heating what can be the problem? I replaced all the mosfetds driver bord i/c board cpu board overload board and it is the same problem and the inverter don't shots down wen woltage of the lithium batterys go down 21.5 it will keep goin until it reaches 18 volts when it over heating it don't beep it only shutdown immediately thanks in advance

Further more the inverter can't produce 3500 watts. Genetry lied about the performance of the 24v 8000 watts. Because him I bought the inverter. He lied

Dont buy powerjack inverters, they fail really often even under light load. The driver board fail and burn the mosfets. Sometimes they fail and burn your appliances
Lol, I have 4 of those inverters 12v, 2 24v, 2 48v. Powerjack is not interested of helping anyone fixing them. They are other inverters that can last longer, try Mppt Solar, they are not from China, but Taiwan
5 inverters , 9000 watts cost $900, 15000 watts costs $1200, 2 inverters of 8000 watts costs $450, 4000watts 12v. Don't buy powerjack

They'd last a lot longer if the FET driver was fully balanced and solid ;-)

To Sid Lori I have a question. I have an extra mainboard (fet board) from the Ozinverter project. This mainboard is suppose to be pip to pin compatible with power jack mainboard. Sid Lori thanks that’s what I thought. Since I do not have a power jack spare mainboard I could not test. When you receive your new hardware stock revisions for the cpu board and WiFi board I will take a set.
