After everything that has happened weather related how are the conditions to move to Texas, specifically around Magnolia old or new! I don’t want to be in a position where I make the investment then have to sell because of natural disaster or Tornados! How bad does it flood in Magnolia ?
Call me negative Nancy but with a 3500 sqr ft home and 10 ft ceiling, you need an industrial size ac unit and a ton more $$ to cool that house during a Texas 100+ F summers. Grading from A thru D, the master bathroom takes an “F” for fugly. Bath tub and the shower throw in together seems like there was zero thought process designing the master bathroom. I’ve seen better bathrooms in smaller and newer homes than that..Military showers in barracks have better than this.
So. I live down the road from here. Why do these developers cut down all the trees? So sad. Let's try to keep some native vegetation! No place for wildlife. Increased flooding.
people that usually these types of homes are usually married families or people from out of state with large equity positions from other investments. These houses aren't "starter" homes that the masses can afford 🤣🤣
Yea I definitely didn’t say these are starter homes, but $1M homes are quite common in this area. We sell them all the time are there are plenty of people moving to this area that can afford these.

All good here, we definitely had some rough patches with weather but overall I’d say most places are totally fine
Not able to afford this beautiful community yet. Whats the name of the one coming next door? Will it be more affordable?
I didn't know!! There are too many tornadoes, frozen seasons, not electricity
Keep in mind property taxes in Texas are very high
Are you allow to buy a double lot and have 2+ acres to build on.
That’s a good question, I’d need to ask on that one but easy to get an answer for you if you’d like
Didn’t the entire Conroe get flooded like recently??

I don’t know what planet you are living on, but who other than the 1%, who could ever afford this house?
Not sure if you're familiar with Conroe Tx... it's definitely not for the top 1%... regular people .... homes under 1$million or slightly over

I think you underestimate what the top 1% is.
