Thanks, this the only one I did before. I got lucky. I with I would have did a video of the process. But it was before I had a channel. It was tricky during the reassembly.

Thank you man. I appreciate you stopping by by. It’s a pretty good rifle. I like to shoot it. It was a little bit of a pain to reassemble once I painted it. I used Brownells Aluma-Hyde II maybe 4 different colors and some templates for the pattern and skulls. 👊🏻

Thanks, it was fun to customize. Never did it before except to this. Wish I had made a video of the process. Taking the rifle apart I may have ran into issues on reassembly. But I don’t recall what. But I worked it out in the end.
I just got one for myself (Storm) and that paint job is siiick… I think I’m going to have my industrial artist friend paint it with the same colors

Thanks! That was my first and ever paint job. When I bought the CX4 I join and forum and got inspired by everyone's custom paint jobs that they gave their CX4's. Tricky reassembling it. But painting it was fun. I did it before the UA-cam channel. It would have made for a great video tutorial. The bag is great. you can get a lot gear in there. Easier to lug around on your back too.

The bolt release is not reversible also what is your other side rail the one from beretta is way small do they make that big one?
Yeah the bolt release is reversible.
@TheLastRanger on mine there's no hole to flip it I have the fde one the charging handle is flipable
Oh sorry I guess I was referring to the charging handle. You may be right it’s not fully ambidextrous. I purchased all the parts to later change over to higher capacity magazines. I think Beretta made all the rails and the butt stock extenders.
Wonder if the 30” is just long enough?
I bought the 34" one to play it safe. When I installed the barrel shroud it was within two inches of the bag 32".
You should sell your talent for camo painting...nice work. Cool bag too. I have a CX4 and love it. Also 100 yd zero. I heard you say you placed your lazer round in your magazine...did you allow your bolt to go home to zero your scope? Or, is it something I have not heard of which stays in your magazine? Just curious.
Thanks, I’ve never painted a rifle before I was just bored and saw so many custom CX4’s I wanted to try it to. I should have film it. I remember having some trouble put it back together. Yeah I have a laser shaped like a 9mm bullet that fits in the chamber. I used a gun rest/stand clamped in an zeroed it. I have to dig it out but it does let the bolt go home.

@@TheLastRangeryeah you can probably pick up for 1100 but I’ve seen used ones on broker sites with additional accessories go for 1600. There just seems to be a demand for 9mm carbines right now and the fact the supply is limited it really has made this gun valuable right now.
@@djjinerson Wow, honestly I haven’t been keeping up on Beretta news. I figured they would be out of production. I purchased everything for it just in case I wanted convert it too 92 mags instead of PX4.
Just picked one up on gun broker for 900, wanted something that shares mags with my 92fs
Sweet, it’s a fine carbine. I with I could get my hands on a full auto I’ve seen demonstrated somewhere on UA-cam. I know there is a lot new stuff out there but the CX4 has a place in my heart. It’s simple stupid and it’s reliable and accurate.
PX4 is such an overlooked pistola. You said your CX4 mags are interchangable? What mags do you have?
I have 3 20 round, 2 17, 2 13 and 2 10 I think. All this mags fit the pistol as well. I have sleeves for the mags for the longer ones.

What holster is that, brand?
For the PX4 correct, not the bag? That is the One Tigris, I purchased it on Amazon. It’s customizable for many types of pistols. amzn.to/3sK0nAF
@@TheLastRanger Its hard to find a holster for the PX4 SC with a light, next to impossible I find. Thanks!
Glad I could help, You need to adjust a little because of the light. But it fits after you adjust the opening. It’s easy to configure. I’m just glad I ran across it. You have adjust they length of the Velcro strapping too for the clip that holds it in the holster.
Is your bag the 30 or 34 inch version?
It’s the larger bag. But there is room still. I like the bag. Bought it on Amazon.
