Thank you! I had already downloaded the individual Windows update prior to watching your video, it turns out it was already installed, so I tried other fixes with no luck. I thought that maybe your video addressed yet another fix but it didn't but what I needed to hear was that you then have to apply the quick fix and that was the fix!!! I see it's right there in the instructions had I continued reading them...dummy me. Thank you for your audio version of the instructions, you fixed it for me!
