I've performed the steps in this video (and I've watched other videos with similar info, and read MS docs on the problem) and I still get the error 0x80072F8F-0x20000 when attempting to run Media Creation Tool (MCT), as Administrator, on a Windows 7 SP1 installation. The laptop is an i3 (dual core), with 4GB main memory, has plenty of free disk storage, and successfully completed the SP1 update earlier. Even when I run MCT in Safe Mode with Networking, I get the same error. The TLS settings look good to me. Ran the .msu associated with KB3140245, as well as the EasyFix, including the .bat file instructions (much of which I read elsewhere, etc.) Probably something very simple underneath it all 🙂.

@@Physicsless8 old hardware is is the cause, i think. Always at the end of the installation it go's back to the previouse installation of Windows 7. Old hardware problem so i think my i3 pc/laptop is to old.
