40K for that? - not to say it isn't a nice pool, but that price is completely out of line - I would have marked it at about 20-25K, and by the way, I KNOW POOLS so all I can say is not a good deal and for the money you should have went with concrete or even Fiberglass first.
It probably cost 20K or so just for materials and labour to install. Salt system, LED light and heater would bump up the cost for sure. I'm no expert, I've just been doing a LOT of research for the reno of my own pool I have planned for this year and it's not exactly crazy to believe that those added things (that many other people may not deem necessary) plus tax could bump the total up to around 40K.
@christenm3200 yeah. These people chiming in about costs, have no ldea the increase during-after Covid. I'm researching now. Probably going to cost me 60k for basic pool

Cause partial of sides and floor are made from special Concrete
