I moved from San Diego to Bali for 6 months then to Thailand for a year and a half, and ended up in Serbia and about to get my second citizenship. I live on about $1,500 USD all in and don’t try to save money. It’s nice. I also earn an equivalent of a US engineering salary so I can go on trips any time I want without having to worry about rent back home. 🏡

I love the walkability of the downtown San Diego region all the way to the waterfront and into Pt. Loma. Definitely the best walkability out of all the big cities
love the content, you keep it real. What's the future look like in 1-2yrs is what I'd be worried about, CA hasn't and isn't the most agreeable state in the country when it comes to quality, politics, taxes, voting, or homeless.
I just watched a video uploaded hours ago showing downtown San Diego streets filled with homeless people and drug addicts. I guess a lot has changed in the past 2 months.
@@realtorjamielennon Thank you for your reply. It is regrettable in the extreme. People have to come together to solve this problem that exists in so many U.S. cities. And illegal immigration must be stopped, it is getting completely out of control.

I was just there 2 months ago visiting and it is a lot of homeless people in downtown San Diego.
