- May 7, 2024 | On May 7, the Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit against the Davidson County Board of Education on behalf of Christian McGhee, a sixteen-year-old student whose question about the word “aliens” in English class led to a harsh suspension and false accusations of racism by his own school.

(3) The term "alien" means any person not a citizen or national of the United States.
The term "illegal alien" is used 29 times in just Chapter 12 of USC 8.
Instead of having to attend DEI classes, the entire faculty and administration of that school DISTRICT should be required to attend and pass a US Government class.

You also get suspended now if you report a student for having bullets on school property!!! A student told the staff a kid had gullets and stated he would be bringing the gun. Kid that alerted staff got the exact same punishment as the threat.

In UK, Britain and in USA children are disappearing, also being groomed by Muslim gangs in Europe, as well as by Cartel via Mexico/USA. Most of it is being kept quiet, but I won't do that. Our daughter is a high level gymnast, and my son is a multiple National Champion, known around the United States. They have many friends who hate that, for various reasons, have to go to public schools. Our kids thank us for the sacrifice and effort to homeschool them.

"Alien" is a legal term. I was recently summoned to jury service to US District Court (Federal). The Federal prosecutors spent time explaining to us (potential jurors) about the legal term "alien". Illegal alien is not a slur... it is simply a legal term.

Illegal alien is a legal term and has been used by the US Supreme Court. See Arizona v. United States, 132 S. Ct. 2492, 2497 (2012). The term is used 33 times in immigration law and recently, Judge Andrew Hanen addressed this rhetorical issue in his decision of Texas v. U.S. The leadership at the school is ignorant and needs to be schooled on the issue.
