- May 7, 2024 | On an interview on the Todd Starnes Show, the Liberty Justice Center's Educational Freedom Attorney Dean McGee discusses a new lawsuit against a North Carolina school that suspended a student for saying "illegal alien" in class.
The Liberty Justice Center is suing the Davidson County Board of Education on behalf of the student, whose question led to a harsh suspension and false accusations of racism by his own school.

It gets better. To discredit the boy's mother the school administration/ school board made public that she had a criminal conviction and did time, over ten years ago.
There is a home school mother, Michele Morrow, running for state superintendant of public instruction (as a Republican, she won in the primary) who hopes to clean some of this mess up if elected in November.
Those in power will do anything to stay in power. Even if that means ruining a childs life. They simply do not care. But they don't do anything about the other kid threatening him. Even if he was joking. This is what's happening in every school across America.
Illegal Alien is a legal term used in Gov. documents. It also could mean ANY person on this earth from Norway to Paraguay. It is a definition of a person in the country illegally, the school officials are the ones making it a racial issue. Their sad attempt to virtue signal by reimagining a common descriptive term will backfire in their faces.
