Video game music has been phenomenal for years now. NieR, Metal Gear, Drakengard, DMC, GTA (it's actual original OST), FFXIV... Literally too many to list. Video game music is some of the best and most developed in the entire music industry.
@@VendettaSoundtracks I've listened to all of those, none of them had as much uniqueness as this song. Metal Gears Rules of Nature was smart sure, but it's not as epic or deep. Final Fantasy I've heard those kind of songs so many times in any other typical anime let alone the games. Drakenguard, I'm mean sure? It's cool but it's still something we've heard before.

Regardless, as I said, you claim to have listened to those, but I can tell that you frankly haven't - especially since you only picked out Rules of Nature from MGR, when "The War Still Rages Within" or "The Only Thing I Know For Real" are more comparable tracks to this one.

Not to mention that Nero hasn't been around long enough to have his own musical style associated with him whereas Dante has been around for ages rocks the signature electronic/rock hybrid themes DMC is known for only to go into 5 with some screamo shit that honestly would've been fine had it started playing AFTER the plotpoint and not a few missions beforehand (only to then rarely get used even after said plotpoint).
