Regarding the vibrato... that's a part of playing electric guitar, and a thing that frequently changes dynamics. Why wouldn't he? Regarding using another pedal, using a clean tone into compressor and then some delay is a very common use case. Frankly, the demo could have benefited from some additional pedals to demonstrate how the gain stage stacks with drive pedals. But for the majority of the video, he's neither using the vibrato, nor the Flashback.
I wish these guys would play in the neck position. Too thin. Looking for a pedal to fatten up the clean tone without being muddy. This s not the pedal.
