The fifth episode in our “Chronicles of the Desert” series introduces us to Abba Pambo and Abba John. Drawing from the "Sayings of the Desert Fathers" and other monastic literature, we hear about their dealings with money and how they favored storing up treasure in heaven over earthly treasure. I love Catholic saint stories. I believe the stories enrich not only our lives but our faith and keep us strong and faithful. I grow so weary of reading negative posts, do these people not read the guidelines right there above add a comment? If you don't have a good word or a positive word why dint people keep it to themselves. Nobody forced you to watch the story. They asked for help, if you dont want to then don't try to shame the people, shame on you. Nobody needs to hear a personal philosophy on how to get rich. We all can quote Bible veres. Just be nice ir don't say anything at all and you won't offend everyone
